Immediate Standard Threshold Shift (STS) retests often reducing the need for follow up testing

Fact sheet about hearing tests given to each employee
Ability to answer questions or refer the employee to the in-house audiologist for more detailed questions or concerns

STS follow-up for any employee recommended for a retest within thirty days
